The Strategic Litigation Task Force is a team of active and former members of the Refugee Law Clinic Berlin and I HAVE RIGHTS and external volunteers specialised in migration law. They are working on interim measures in front of the European Court of Human Rights (ECtHR) in case one or more of our clients are at risk of irreparable harm, for example if specific medical treatment is needed that cannot be covered on Samos.
