We, the Refugee Law Clinic Berlin e.V., are working with your personal data. These are data as your name and birthday, but also about ethnic background, political opinion, religious or ideological beliefs if you share those with us.
We need those data to write the complaint for the ECHR.
We do not transfer your personal data to a third party other than the ECHR, the reception authorities and, if necessary, UNHCR. Your encrypted data is also shared with a cloud storage operator.
We store your personal data only as long as we need to in order to do our work.
You have the right to obtain information about your personal data that is being stored by us. You can also demand for the correction of wrong data.
Furthermore, you have the right to demand for
- the deletion of your data at any time.
- A limitation of the information processing
- Communication of your data (providing your data to third parties at your explicit request)
The processing of your data happens based on your consent. You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time!
