How to fill out the form

Filling in the form will enable you to see whether you meet the criteria of people we are currently able to assist. At the moment, we are only able to assist people who are part of particularly vulnerable groups. If you are among them, you will be able to enter your contact details in the form and submit them to us.
Our legal team will then get in touch with you within a week.

Important notes:

  • Duration: 5-10 minutes

  • Make sure to answer truthfully and correctly before submitting the form.

  • If you are under 18, you need to fill in the form together with your legal guardian.
